Describe the feature

I feel like user badges (OP, admin, etc.) actually lost clarity since the feature was dropped as a mod from MES and became a native feature of Mbin. The proposal would be to add a "Cosmetic" area to the MES sidebar that adds granular customization to certain elements such as this one, obviating the need to roll up custom userstyles.

Since the basic framework is already available in MES, it should be easy to create a mod that exposes options for styling badges with these parameters:

• Background color
• Foreground color
• Border radius (hard or soft)
• Padding (use a dynamic slider)
