[FEAT] Hide votes in the activity bar too

Describe the feature

The hide_downvotes and hide_upvotes mods currently do not affect the activity bar. I think it makes sense to hide the respective entry there too.

This should be an option, since the user might be using this mod for the purposes of:

Reducing cosmetic clutter from vote arrows
Removing influence of vote bias when reading posts
Both

In the case of the latter two, it makes sense to want to hide the up/down count in the activity bar altogether. But in the first case, it doesn't seem like they would want to hide this information.
