Describe the add-on

• Move user avatar to right side and align content to left
• Move notes section to bottom
• Move thread/comment count directly below user metadata

Possibly:

• Replace followers icon with text
• Shrink the width of the dialog but extend its height (make text input area flow vertically)
• Remove Note heading and change Save button to Save note
• List thread/comment links in a vertical format, with word next to integer amount:

Not sure what page to store this mod on, but was leaning towards Fixes (this might be a misnomer)
