404 for "ACLPUB" link at top of menu

The "ACLPUB" link at the top of the left-hand menu of https://acl-org.github.io/ACLPUB/ (and all other pages on that site) returns a 404 error. I was expecting to be taken to the home page at https://acl-org.github.io/ACLPUB/.
