Mysql extension isnt loading

Hi.i am trying to make this source code work but i am having a weird problem.the mysql extension shows failed when i try to install the source.i have php 8.1 and all the extensions r already there i have checked the extensions. And there arent any errors either so i am not sure what the problem is.can u pls help out with this?thanks
