Compiled binaries?

"The compiled binaries are located in rave-vst/build/rave-vst_artefacts/Release/" Does not seem to be true? Would absolutely love to get ahold of this software in any form, im on windows and it seems like the standalone is my only solution, but i can't find it anywhere.
