Windows Build not supported on ableton 11

The windows vst3 realease (https://github.com/acids-ircam/rave_vst/actions/runs/2320252841) does not seem to be supported as a vst3 plugin on ableton 11, in the plugin section the vst does not appear

older github action release dont seem to work either

I'm using Ableton 10, and I essentially copied the contents of the VST folder, namely RAVE.vst3, RAVE.exp, RAVE.lib to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 (the usual location ableton would find plugins) and I can't see it there. Downloaded from https://github.com/acids-ircam/rave_vst/pull/26
