Control simulation with python

Do you know if somehow is it possible to interact with the circuit during the simulation? I got your idea of setting some variables in the circuit then use python to simulate with many values, but how about decide a value between time steps?

Im researching on MPPT AI based control, so Im looking a manner to be able to simulate a circuit in python and for each time step, read some values and act on control.
