Rounding in measurement

Rounding is automatic in measurement controls and is based on steps. There are some case when we'd like to avoid it.

E. g. we have 1.825 in the input, we want to load the same amount (1.825, not 1.820) in the scroller even thou step is 0.010.

Be able to turn rounding on/off.
