Linux Adapter for Terminitor

After we setup Adapters, Build a Linux Adapter.

I've been able to get terminitor to work with KDE's konsole using its dbus interface. I haven't pushed my code yet because I have a couple of issues to fix (like not requiring rb-appscript on linux).

Moreover I just noticed the 'cores' proposal made by achiu, I'll give a look at that and try to take advantage of it.
