How Can I use a dataset in the modelling?

Hi, I have two inquiries please:

1. Will I be able to create a dynamic Bayesian Network (BN) instead of static BN, using this toolbox?
2. After creating the BN using initial probabilities, how can I use a datasets to train and test the model?
