插件容错能力不够

整个系统框架很符合我的预期，非常棒。 插件的容错能力还要设计下，检查到403后最好刷新下网页。 我尝试了下，403,429,524 ， 挺多错误类型。只要开始报错就需要手动刷新网页才能恢复
