Improve Bourreau SubWorker DB accesses

It seems that as a Bourreau sub-worker processes a set of tasks, it reload the RemoteResource.current_resource object for each of them. This might be overkill. It is slowing down quite a bit the processing of the task list on very slow servers, such as Cedar.
