Admin feature: find duplicated files

It would be nice to get a report of userfiles that are exact duplicates of other userfiles. Users often copy files from one DP to another, and leave both copies lying around. Having such reports would allow the admin to remove one of the copies. The feature would compare file sizes names and ownerships, and report them with which DPs they are found. Then the sysadmin could select one set and delete the other.

The feature could also be made available to normal users too. So maybe it's not an admin-only feature.

Identified files could be tagged with some sort of tag like 'COPY' or 'DATA_DUP' or something.
