Improvement to User Experience: Please provide a "make a file list" warning

To run tools that rely on multi-modal neuroimaging data, and use the Boutique-generated GUI, require a file-list to pass to the task launched. If this is the case, it is helpful if the user receives a pop-up warning to alert them that they need to create a file-list before launching the tool. This is particularly useful for the traditional users of the CBRAIN who are used to running pipelines like CIVET or Freesurfer on single modality MRIs.
