Remove TravisCI support directory

We have a bunch of old TravisCI support files. We no longer use TravisCI. Let's get rid of it all. I'm sorry we're getting rid of an excellent example of integration, but it's useless and misleading for new developers anyway.

GitHub's Actions is much better anyway.
