cbrain terms of service for accessing via NeuroHub

When a new user accesses their account for the first time through CBRAIN they are presented with a 'CBRAIN Terms of Service' which requires acknowledgement and agreement of on 3 points covering IRB, data privacy and security, and backups.

However this Terms of Service is not presented to users coming through the NeuroHub platform on first login.

This issue is to indicate an equivalent Terms of Service needs to be presented for such NeuroHub new user logins.

It is also foreseen that some additional updates may be needed in regards to the Terms of Service.

Sure, but there was nothing about that in the original NeuroHub spec. So that would be a new feature, and it would basically duplicate everthing already existing on the CBRAIN side... I'll have think about how to do this without duplicating everything.

Hi Pierre, I agree about not wanting to duplicate unnecessarily. This is to ensure that users are aware of the terms of use in either case.
