[document repository] multiple issues with categories, and upload/downloads #9614 test: add a new categories. upload a new file and download the new uploaded file.

Looks like everything works but uploading. When I try to upload files (I tried PDF and .txt) I get this error -- can someone else corroborate this?

what server are you getting that error on? The message suggests it's related to configuration.

On a VM that was just set up, so that makes sense. Anywhere I should look to play with configuration?

Figured it out, tested, and everything works!

(Was missing the /data/document_repository_uploads directory )
