[v25.0] Issue Tracker Assignee appears empty and will not update until a selection is made
Describe the bug When updating a ticket in the Issue Tracker, the 'Assignee' will appear empty and the ticket will not update until a selection is made. No warning or pop-up is displayed when updating and no 'Assignee' selected, which can trick users into thinking the ticket was updated.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):
- Go to 'Issue Tracker' and open an existing ticket.
- Assignee will appear empty (See screenshot).
- Clicking on 'Update' will not update the ticket nor display a warning or pop-up message until an 'Assignee' is selected.
What did you expect to happen? The ticket should include the current/last assignee selected/
