[MRI_Violations] Combine "Resolution Status" and "Select Resolution" Columns

Describe the solution you'd like

In 24 release, the two columns were combined, but when it was reactify'd, the columns were separated. I would like the two columns to be combined again, while keeping the new highlighting. The dropdown should default to the value of the resolution.

@driusan This is a proposed change to the mri_violations module. Should I make a PR for this for the release?

@AlexandraLivadas If it's easy do it for the new release, if it's hard we'll have to see how to prioritize it..
