[mri_violations] No data displayed in Project, Cohort and Site

Describe the bug Discovered during the testing round, there is no data in the Project, Cohort and Site columns of the Table in MRI_Violations. Confirm whether there is just no data for this in staging, or if the table is not displaying information properly. If no data is present, update RB to have Project, Cohort and Site for some of the MRI_Violations.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour (attach screenshots if applicable):

1. Go to Imaging > MRI Violations Scans
2. Look at the table

What did you expect to happen? Project, Cohort and Site should have data

@driusan I am able to see Project, Cohort, and Site data on my VM and on the v26 test VM, I think this issue can be closed
