[candidate parameter] Add genetic information to the module

A researcher would like to have a way to enter in the candidate parameter's page, genes that are found to be defective (from a small known list) and then choose the disease caused by this defective gene, again from a pre-defined list associated with the genes.

Gene details include

• gene name (short text)
• gene OMIM number (6 digits number)
• gene other names (short text) not always present and can be multiple for a single gene

Disease details include

• disease name (text than can reach about 100 chars, maybe more)
• disease PMIM1 number (6 digits number)
• inheritance from a short list (2 or 3 chars)

Could be done with 2 pull down menus, 1st the gene, 2nd the disease with possible values adjusted to the selected gene.
