Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is

To Reproduce With the following permissions enabled:

• [ x ] Access Profile: Candidates and Timepoints - Own Sites
• [ x ] Data Query Tool (Beta): Cross-Modality Data
• [ x ] Data Dictionary: Parameter Type Descriptions

1. Make a simple query, for example BMI, selecting 1. height cm, 2. weight kg and 3. bmi.
2. Delete all visits but V1.
3. Then Add, V2 to Default Visits
4. Check the Sync with selected fields box

What did you expect to happen? I expected V2 to appear next to each field on field list on the right and in the table below.

Instead I get a blank screen.

Then, when I click Define Fields in the horizontal navigation bar, nothing happens And: when I cick Data Query Tool in the horizontal navigation bar, I redirected to dashboard.
