[dataquery] GUI behaviour with partial permissions

There's an odd behaviour when ONLY the following permissions checked:

• [ x ] Data Query Tool (Beta): Cross-Modality Data
• [ x ] Data Dictionary: Parameter Type Descriptions

The PSCID seems to be included by default in the field selection on the right. (without the candidate parameter permission enabled) When it is deleted, you get a blank page with no further navigation possible: when you click back on >Define Fields in the horizontal navigation bar, nothing happens.
