Welcome - Change logo to be SVG instead of GIF

Hi @driusan ,

One of your feedbacks when we tagged DICAT to 2.0 was to change the format of DICAT logo to SVG instead of GIF. I was investigating this and did not find a simple answer so I thought I would ask you directly.

Do you know an easy way to import and display SVG images into TkInter without having to import other dependencies?
