Featured images (publication) not loaded

Hi,

I have installed the plugin, used the short code for publication ( "loud-ml" ) following the instructions. The last articles are properly loaded, but not the featured images.

Display Medium Posts version 3.6 Wordpress: 4.9.1

Is there an extra setting to display publications featured images?

Update: images are displayed with list=true

However list=false (copy-paste from the example) does not show a carousel, and does not show images.
