Changes to .less files result in "PM LESS CSS Compiler: bootstrap.less was modified, but didn't change any CSS files (ignore)"

I'm trying to get this setup, and no matter what changes I make to the .less files I get that same response.

It seems to work once than I start getting this error as well both with automatic and manual compiling. Here's a copy of part of the log. http://pastebin.com/v7VEuCjm The only time it worked was when I completely replaced the less file contents but when I tried it again by replacing with the old content it ignored it again plus when I get tried making a change to the file.

Got some stuff about file watcher when I was first installing but not everything was filled in and I just canceled out since I had no idea how to make it work. Don't know if related or not to this issue. Since it does seem to work even after that probably not the cause.
