Update Slack References to Discord
Bug Report 🐛
Context
We have migrated to Discord from Slack (see https://github.com/accordproject/technical-steering-committee/issues/18)
Detailed Description
References to Slack should be updated to reference Discord, with the link of https://discord.gg/Zm99SKhhtA
We can also remove the button at the top of the README
for https://accord-project-slack-signup.herokuapp.com
We can also update the repository's wiki (https://github.com/accordproject/{REPOSITORY}/wiki
)
This issue can be the reference point to fix this in all of our repositories:

Can I work on this please
Feel free to! Its left open for people trying to figure things out.
I'm going to hold off reviewing any PR for this until all the PRs are ready for review. So if you're interested in doing this, complete all of it and list all of those PRs and information here for review.
Sure no problem, I just wanted to be sure about the links to the ergo and cisero slack channels what am i supposed to change their slack links to. Thank you
I believe this is where we are right now, looking only at the pull requests linked to this issue (quite likely that some of these have also already been fixed):

@DianaLease do you think this issue can be closed or is there something else to be done?
