Pdf Transform: Generation for nested lists without initial paragraph is broken

Bug Report 🐛

Lists where the content of an item is directly another list result in item numbers overlapping in the transformed pdf document.

Expected Behavior

It should look like the case where there is an initial paragraph followed by a nested list:
