Unknown MIME type

HARHAR will throw an exception if it detect a MIME type that it does not understand. It would be nice if there was a default "MIME" type that if HARHAR did not understand, it would assume.

Good suggestion. What do you think the default MIME type should be? We could also simply leave it blank I suppose.

It would be useful if the user could specify the mind type as a commandline parameter. I think if I had to guess I would just assume text/HTML. Also another point, I found out the reflector has a server path limits including the file name of 48 characters.
