fix(yaml): remove square brackets from array completions

Fixes #152

Remove array brackets from YAML completions

When completing array items in YAML files, the completion was inserting square brackets [] which is invalid YAML syntax. YAML uses indented list items with dashes instead.

Before: items: [] After: items:

This change only affects YAML files - JSON completion behavior unchanged.
