作者你好，我想把现有的水平框yolo标签转换为旋转框训练，可不可以实现？不想重新标注旋转框

Requirements

Python>=3.6.0 with all requirements.txt installed including PyTorch>=1.7. To get started:

$ git clone https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5
$ cd yolov5
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

常规水平框不能直接作为旋转框的，通过x_c,y_c,w,h， 没法直接确定四点坐标和旋转角度的问题
