no raising for Chrome web apps

Hello and thanks for the work you've done! the project works smoothly with normal windows but when I try to use it with chrome apps windows, even though I'm checking the right window class name with the proper tool, it just won't raise the window - while it does with the -fa option which is far less accurate any hint?

The problem was that chrome was running in xwayland mode; when I changed, it got a bit better but still not enough. if anybody needs an alternative, https://github.com/jinliu/kdotool is a xdotool alternative that pretty much does the job in kwin
