Change dir fails if the directory already exists. This fixes it and the `cd` is made even if the mkdir fails because the folder already exists.
### Environment I'm using it in WSL 2, Ubuntu distribution. ### Example： https://cyberdrop.me/a/JIuOs23b ### Result: The URL in **LINK** file will become https://f.cyberdrop.cc/test'miss-7Nyy5bmg.jpg
