<bug> Connect arrow reappearing after delete

Every time I delete a link (I manually delete the arrow + shape), for some reasons, they always reappear after I create another link elsewhere. It's quite annoying to have to delete the links multiple times before it's actually gone. If I'm doing something wrong, please advice. Thanks.

@Miraluu to remove a link please select the source layer and use the Remove Link command.
