TT3 abandoned?

It seems that a version 3.0 of TT has been released to the CPAN, and that this TT3 work has been abandoned. Is that correct?

We hadn’t thought of that when we bumped the version but yes, that’s probably true.

If there is a major refactor of TT, I'm not aware and still welcome, we can still use the version 4.x or later to promote it when needed lol
