combo-break where there is none

When you press the second button (double tap) to hold the slider, while there is another object under the slider, premature pressing and a combo break are counted. In Osu, this does not count as a combo break!

Thanks for the detailed video - seems like a bug indeed. Can you provide me the beatmap, replay and timestamp?

replay -> .osr was not uploaded to github, I added .zip to the name. just erase the excess. Andrey94 - mafumafu - Moudoku ga Osou [Hard] (2022-04-03) Osu.osr.zip

timestamp -> 1:09.322, and 1:21.661, and 2:10.878, and 2:23.266, and 3:12.549. Due to my playstyle, this error appears very consistently throughout the beatmap.
