Got some unknown characters

I have a dbf file whose column names are partially alphabets and partially unknown characters. How can I get value of a specific field in this case?

I have attached the dbf file as well as the screenshot of output that I get when I am reading dbf file.

I have also tried the encoding option in constructor of parser. I have tried the following encodings: hex, utf8, ascii, latin1, base64, ucs2

But I was out of luck

Hi, I have the same problem, according to a DBF viewer, the format is Codepage 1252 Windows ANSI, but no luck inserting that into the options.
