Pre-built binary packaging

It is very difficult to install dsds even for development. A pip package that depends on rust being installed on a users machine is a non-starter.

I want to use dsds to do column grouping for my Buckaroo table widget. First I want to play with the package and get a feel for it, then I will decide if I want to add it as a dependency. I am very wary of adding extra install difficulty for my users.

Is there a roadmap for improving packaging?
