Youtube buttons on the video element should not be dimmed

What version of Chrome are you using?

Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What version of Deluminate do you have installed?

Version: 0.7.7

What Operating System are you using?

Windows 10 and Ubuntu

What is the problem?

Love the extension, but some websites such has youtube have buttons like the play/pause and volume slider that should not be dimmed.

Which Deluminate modes have the problem?

Any of the darkening ones.
