Fix Materials breaks my materials

When I press "Fix model" it messes up the textures. I figured out that if I turn off "Fix textures" it solves the problem but then I can't extract textures in unity. What happens is the empty parts of the textures (Like around the eyebrows) are appearing as black instead of transparent.

Which version of Blender do you have? because if you have the newest one you should downgrade to the 2.93.8 or less I solved it by doing this, I hope it can help you

I was having the same issue. Turns out I wasn't importing the .vrm with the right tool. I recommend VRM Add-on for Blender. Once I used that, the model fix function worked perfectly
