[Upstream] Halite v5 Released (Security Improvements)

Halite version 5 was released today, which contains a few security improvements and may be worth the effort to upgrade to v5.

The new package that I hope will be maintained by more than 1 person has this issue fixed. The package allows Halite 4 or 5, so it should not affect and force php version 8
