APL386 Horizontal double line drawing "═" is thicker than the rest.

The character ═ is thicker than the surrounding double line drawing characters.

╔═╦╗ looks uneven on https://abrudz.github.io/APL386/.

I tried fixing this by removing the hinting. The actual glyphs seem to match Let me know if it is still an issue.

Still looks the same to me on https://abrudz.github.io/APL386/. Looks ok in the 385 mode. I reinstalled the font from that site and the double horizontal line is thicker than the rest in Notepad++ and RIDE.

Also, checking closely, it is also longer than the other monospace characters.

If it helps at all, I do not see this same issue with BQN386, but in both fonts, the single line horizontal "─" is off by a tiny amount.

Now I've taken the two straight components from ╤ and ╧ and combined them to rebuild ═. Strangely, it doesn't seem to have helped (much?)
