Brouter App Android does not save config settings

Hi, I use Brouter app in conjuction with OSMAND app for years without a problem, but now the bicycle profile all of a sudden generates routes using motor highways. I cleared the cache of both OSMAND , reset the Brouter app on trekking profile restarted both apps but to no avail. your advice would be much appreciated

"but to no avail." What do you mean? I would check, whether OSMAND is well configured for using the brouter and calls really the Brouter-app for routing. (you can create a file "debug.txt in the brouter directory, each call is then logged in that file)

Have you checked if OsmAnd is still configured to use BRouter?

Menu → Configure profile → Navigation profile → Navigation type → Offline → External → BRouter (offline)
