make it easier to find latest version

Thanks for this great addon! I found it via piwigo's website and hopelessly tried to install the 0.3 version from 2014 to Kodi 17.3, which of course didn't work. I had to google search "piwigo kodi" to find this git repo. Read the instructions, but the release page is empty. I downloaded the master branch and it installed without any issues.

I understand this is still alpha and you probably want to fix other issues before releasing a new version, but in the meantime, if you're looking for reviewers, it would probably help to add a link to this repo from the piwigo tool description and maybe to update the readme to ask potential testers to download the zip from the master branch rather than wait for a release.

Hey @juliencarnot, it is incredibly ironic you would mention this now as literally just the day before I was on the piwigo site and realized that I had neglected to push any updates over there!

I will be sure to take some time within the next couple days to update things on the piwigo site, and look into packaging together some actual release downloads (no real reason for not having done that, just me being lazy)!
