New CCWGTV - Video stutter

Stupid name isn't it...

Anyone tried it with the Chromecast with Google TV? Kodi 1080p is ok, but 4k content as well as any Youtube content, video stutters a lot. Too demanding on the CPU?

I see the same as you, a lot of stuttering when grabbing is enabled. Sad if its HW limited and unfixable, cause otherwise the new cc seems decent.

I have 2 ccwgtv devices and neither one has any stuttering issues. I don't use kodi I use syncler and I also don't use the normal youtube app I use smart youtube. So it may be an incompatibility with the apps you're using possibly.

If it's anything useful, I can add another datapoint. Also have a CCwGTV connected to a 4k TV and get completely unusable stuttering when playing Youtube at any resolution. Works perfectly fine on Plex however.

YouTube is extremely laggy even it's only connected to 1080p TV.

Same issue here. Using our IPTV provider application. Works fine for SD and HD content. For DRM channels I get only black screen. When I start 4K channel it completely freezes, and hogs the CPU to maximum.

Any solution?

I can confirm, I also have this issue. 1080p works great, 4k unplayable. I'm waiting for a new Shield TV Pro to upgrade.
