label sorting

First of all, appreciate for your tool.

I wonder how to sort the labels. As below issues, I customize the label names by using a json file. I have more than 30 labels, therefore I have to arrange them well so that I can see them intuitively. I changed them in id order but it doesn't work. How can I sort the labels in the order that I want?
