Spanish language support

@AndresReyesDev Many thanks for creating an initial Spanish language file - however this is fairly incomplete, and the language PR itself is still a work in progress :)

Please keep an eye on https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/pull/1494 - and the eventual EN-US or EN-AU translation file - which currently has >200 items that will need translating, and not just 20 :)

For now I will keep this PR as-is, and will look to merge this into #1494 when ready.
