Doesn't seem to work any longer?

This is what I am seeing in the console when clicking on the "Register" button on the "Finish registration" screen:

au.gov.my://app?error=invalid_request&error_description=FBTOAU202E+The+required+parameter%3A+%5Bcode_challenge%5D+was+not+found+in+the+request.&state=63065293C60AD6A479B67F1DFC79BBC75DEF04C3

And nothing happens. Looks like it's broken?
