Can you support Hand drawing like SpeedTree ?

In fact this Idea wonderful and very Important for best Free addon "Sapling" I hope support it

I don't think I would be able to add a feature like that. Im not sure it would be possible with the structure of the addon. I could look into using a curve as a starting point, but im not sure.

I hope to try, I guess it's free hand 2d drawing but as 3d object, and similar to any 2d drawing free style I don't know much more, Give a test and see the result, and tell me.
